American Safety Insurance offers professional liability with an emphasis on directors and officers (D&O) and errors and omissions (E&O) cover. Our strength is our ability to view the risks based on exposure rather than price in order to evaluate client needs and bring a high level of service and expertise to the marketplace.
Coverage is available in most states and is written on American Safety Casualty Insurance Co. (admitted) paper where available, and on American Safety Indemnity Co. paper (non-admitted) in all other states. Both carriers have an “A” Excellent IX rating with A.M. Best.
