Other Specialty General Liability Coverages
American Safety Insurance offers primary commercial general liability coverage for non-habitational & habitational real estate exposures that have difficulty finding coverage in the standard market.
Target classes include:
• Shopping Centers, Strip Malls
• Convenience Marts
• Restaurants
• Owners, Landlord & Tenant Exposures (Mixed-Use Developments)
Coverage can be written on an occurrence or claims-made basis on non-admitted paper. Primary limits are available up to $1 million per occurance/$2 million aggregate, with premiums beginning at $7,500 and self-insured retentions and deductibles beginning at $2500. Excess coverage is available up to $10 million.
