EnviroStarTM- For contractors that generate more that 50% of revenues from performing environmental services, ASI can offer Contractor’s Pollution Liability and Commercial General Liability in one convenient form, called EnviroStar. We can also add professional liability coverage for environmental consultants.
Site Pollution Impairment Legal Liability (SPILL)TM – Site-based pollution exposures exist for manufacturers and distributors, parties involved in real estate transfer transactions, educational institutions, healthcare facilities and retail centers. Our SPILL product is flexible and allows the insured to tailor coverage for unique exposures.
Monoline Contractor’s Pollution Liability- Standard commercial general liability policies exclude pollution, leaving the policyholder in need of coverage for pollution exposures. Our CPL product is ideal for such situations.
Storage Tank Pollution Liability- Our STP policy provides coverage for owners and operators of above- and underground storage tanks, such as convenience stores, trucking centers, service stations and bulk storage facilities.
Lead Abatement Liability- We can provide coverage for third party claims for bodily injury and property damage associated with lead abatement operations.
Asbestos Abatement Liability- For professionals involved in the abatement, encapsulation or enclosure of asbestos, our product provides coverage for third party claims for bodily injury and property damage.
Programs for Specialty Environmental Risks- Working with reputable program managers with experience in the environmental insurance arena, ASI is able to structure insurance programs for affinity business and associations whose members have similar exposures. An added benefit is our ProStar OnlineTM rating and quoting system. ProStar Online is an efficient, cost-effective way to submit smaller environmental accounts to ASI.
